My PERSONAL TRAINING APPROACH
My goal is to support you as you work toward reaching your personal fitness goals. That includes helping you determine what your SMART goals are and from there holding you accountable, introducing you to new lifestyle changes, and the important role nutrition plays. I'll provide feedback and encouragement along the way while pushing you outside of your comfort zone and at the same time, will ensure you know how to exercise effectively and safely on your own.
I do not endorse quick weight loss programs (i.e. lose 20 pounds in 30 days) that ultimately result in you wasting time and money in addition to being disappointed by having no results to show for it. Instead, my number one priority is to help you develop long term, sustainable, healthy routines that you will have long after we complete our training together. Once you learn how to practice a balanced approach to exercise, nutrition and stress management, the results you desire will come.
A FLEXIBLE PERSONAL TRAINER
I offer more flexibility than most personal trainers. Each personal training session lasts approximately 60 minutes and includes a well balanced program tailored to your individual needs with helpful workout handouts, focusing on one or more of these areas:
- Weight Loss
- Toning or building muscle
- Increasing your core strength and flexibility
- Improving cardio-health and increasing your energy levels
- Fitting Exercising in when you have health issues (i.e. adrenal fatigue)
