Darla Lilleberg is a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Coach and thyroid patient advocate. Following her heart, she chose to become certified in personal training and health coaching in order to empower other women like herself, who also struggle with autoimmune disorders such as Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.

Leaning on her own experiences and education, she provides guidance and supports women through the necessary lifestyle changes that allow them to lose weight, have increased energy and thrive.

Darla has earned the highly regarded ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) Personal Training Certification and is focusing on helping women with their weight-loss and total body strength goals. She is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners).  As part of her training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition‘s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program, Darla studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
